Project Emili’s AI School is dedicated to not only developing cutting-edge AI technologies but also empowering the next generation with the knowledge and skills needed to build upon these advancements. In light of recent discussions around ethical AI and the need for a skilled workforce, our initiative focuses on hands-on learning and mentorship. By fostering an environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking, we aim to cultivate innovators who can navigate the complexities of AI, ensuring that future generations are equipped to lead in this transformative field.

We in no way are advertising our "school" as an accredited school. Our program takes recent 2 year AAS degree or 4 year computer science degree students as well as those of the same age range who showcase their skills and advance their knowledge and understanding to prepare them for the transition into the AI workspace with their career to help facilitate job placement and ensuring that candidates have all the latest knowledge and concepts to increase their changes at the good positions out there in the AI market.

The qualifications below represent what we look for in ideal candidates for our AI school. However, just because you may not meet one of the qualifications, should not discoverage you from applying. We are looking for candidates with the knowledge and potential. Where you got it from does really matter to us. Now, without meeting the listed qualifications we may require a couple in person interviews and knowledge base demonstrations, but we do not just "toss out" applications because you do not have a college degree.
Minimum Age: 21 or older
Education: 2 Year AAS Degree or 4 Year Computer Science Degree
College GPA: 3.0 or better
Skill Set: Coding Driven, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Research
Recommendations: Letters of Recommendations from college professors will always help a candidate.
Project Showcase: If candidates have previously completed projects (they don't have to be AI related), access or inclusion of samples, videos, or screenshots.
